Steps For Installation

• Unbox your recliner sofa.
• You’ll get the sofa in 2 sets – the backrest & lower seating. 
• The seating area will have slots, and you can insert the backrest into that slot until you hear a click sound.

During Use:

• Avoid the use of sharp objects or blades. Avoid direct sunlight and strong light. Regularly check the kinetic parts and screws

Storage:

• Cover with a dustproof cloth. Avoid direct sunlight. Do not keep in damp or humid environments

The Luxe Motorised Recliner Sofa  (1-seater and 2-seater) is supported by a 2-year warranty on the motor, starting from the date of purchase.

Warranty Covers

• The recliner mechanism and motor
• The switch, power cord, and adaptor, if it’s not working
• Any structural damage caused to the recliner during delivery
• Any manufacturing defects, like torn fabric during delivery, or damaged product out of the box

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Armrest/Footrest/Mechanism or any part damage after improper use 
• Alterations or modifications to the sofa made by the customer
• Natural fabric characteristics like grain variations or colour inconsistencies
• Commercial or non-residential use
• Issues that result from normal wear and tear or improper use
• Minor imperfections like scratches, stains, colour fading, etc.

• Step 3: Submit evidence of the problem, including images and videos. Make sure to attach a copy of the invoice for our reference.
• Step 4: The Sleep Company will carefully assess the described issue and the submitted proofs
• Step 5: Based on the evaluation, we will provide a suitable solution to your issue.

Terms and Conditions

For all recliners from the Sleep Company, the following are the terms and conditions for the limited warranty policy

• The 2-year warranty is effective from the date of purchase and is valid for up to 2 years.
• Aspects that won’t affect the recliner's usability, like minor scratches and fabric tears, will not be covered by the warranty.
• The Sleep Company reserves the right to deny replacements and returns on a case-by-case basis.

No Returns:

• This product is not eligible for return

Within 10 Days:

• Replacement allowed only in case of damage/defect

After 10 Days:

• Replacement will be provided as per the warranty policy
