Warranty Covers:

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Armrest/Footrest/Mechanism or any part damage after incorrect use.
• Alterations or modifications to the chair made by the customer.
• Natural fabric characteristics like grain variations or colour inconsistencies.
• Commercial or non-residential use.
• Issues arising from normal wear and tear or misuse.
• Minor imperfections like scratches, stains, colour fading, etc.

• Step 5: Based on the evaluation, we will provide a suitable solution to your issue.

Terms and Conditions:

For all recliners from the Sleep Company, the following are the terms and conditions for the limited warranty policy

• The 3-year warranty is effective from the date of purchase and is valid for up to 3 years.
• Aspects that won’t affect the chair’s usability, like minor scratches and fabric tears, will not be covered by the warranty.
• The Sleep Company reserves the right to deny replacements and returns on a case-by-case basis.

No Returns:

• This product is not eligible for return.

Within 10 Days:

• Replacement allowed only in case of damage/defect.

After 10 Days:

• Replacement will be provided as per the warranty policy.
