• Damaged Products: Items received in a visibly damaged condition

Not Eligible for Return:

• Damage due to self-assembly or installation by unauthorized third-party service providers
• Issues arising from dismantling, reassembly, or relocation by the customer
• Returns due to minor natural variations in material (e.g., grain, texture, or color)

Return Process

1. Inspection & Documentation:

• At the time of delivery, inspect the product and make a video documenting any visible damage or discrepancies
• Ensure the video is captured before assembly or usage

2. Submit Request:

3. Evaluation:

• Our team will evaluate the request within 7 working days. In some cases, an expert technician may visit to assess the product

4. Return or Replacement:

• Approved returns must be in their original condition, unused, and include all accessories
• Pick-up will be arranged from the original delivery address

1. Tolerance & Natural Variations:

• Material Characteristics: Slight variations in color, texture, or grain in wood, leatherette, or upholstery are natural and not considered defects. These variations add to the uniqueness of each product
• Dimension Tolerance: All products are made with a size tolerance of (+/-10mm). Differences in comfort levels may occur due to natural material properties and are not defects
• Climate Response: Materials like wood may expand or contract due to temperature or humidity, leading to minor superficial changes

2. Fit & Access Responsibility:

• Customers must ensure the furniture fits through doorways, staircases, and into the intended room
• If delivery is refused due to size issues, a nominal charge of up to Rs. 10,000/- will be charged as Return Transport Fee

• Frame Structure – Covered for 10 years against manufacturing defects, warping, or structural failures
• Mechanism & Motor – Covered for 3  years for operational defects or failures
• Fabric Upholstery & Foam – Covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects, such as stitching issues or peeling (normal wear and tear excluded)
• Electrical Components – Covered for 1 year against defects in electronic functionality, such as wiring or controls

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Natural wear and tear, fading, or discoloration over time
• Damage caused by improper use, accidents, self-assembly, or unauthorised repairs
• Variations in texture, color, or grain in natural materials like fabric, which are inherent characteristics
• Superficial changes due to environmental factors like humidity or temperature (e.g., minor expansion or contraction of wood)
• Electrical damages caused by power surges or improper use of electrical components

• Check Moving Mechanisms: Ensure all adjustable or moving parts are securely attached and functioning smoothly.
• Regular Cleaning: Use a vacuum with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris from the fabric.
• Use a Cover: When not in use, cover your sofa to shield it from dust, dirt, and harmful UV rays.
• Professional Moving: For any relocation, enlist professional help to prevent strain or misalignment of internal mechanisms.
• Toppling Precaution: Do not sit or attempt to stand while the recliner is in the reclined position. This may damage the mechanism or create a risk of toppling.

Fabric Care Instructions

DO'S

• Vacuum regularly: Use a soft brush attachment weekly to remove dust, hair and debris from the weave.
• Blot spills immediately: Use a clean, dry white cloth. Always blot — never rub. Rubbing spreads the stain and damages the bouclé loops.
• Mild spot cleaning: For stubborn stains, dilute a mild upholstery cleaner in water. Always patch-test on a hidden area first.
• Air dry naturally: After any cleaning, allow the area to air dry completely before use. Keep away from direct heat sources.
• Keep away from direct sunlight: Prolonged direct sunlight exposure causes colour fading. Position the sofa away from south-facing unshaded windows.

DON'TS

• No bleach or solvents: Bleach, acetone, alcohol and solvent-based cleaners may permanently damage the fabric.
• No vigorous scrubbing: Hard scrubbing will distort and permanently damage the loop structure, creating irreversible texture changes.
• No steam cleaning: Steam cleaning regularly  at high temperature can shrink the fabric, affect the weave integrity and cause surface distortion.
• No dark cloths: Dark-coloured cleaning cloths can transfer colour onto the fabric. Always use a white or light-coloured cloth.
