Warranty Covers

• Mechanism which allows the reclining of chairs.
• Hydraulic Gas lift which allows the height adjustment of the seat.
• Wheelbase which provides strength and support to the chair.
• Mechanism of armrests which provide the movements of armrests.

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Armrest/Footrest/Mechanism or any part damage caused by incorrect use.
• Alterations or modifications to the chair made by the customer.
• Damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, or use outside the intended purpose of the product (whether in residential or commercial usage).
• Issues arising from normal wear and tear.
• Minor imperfections like scratches, stains, or colour fading.

• Step 3: Submit evidence of the problem, including images and videos. Make sure to attach a copy of the invoice for our reference.
• Step 4: The Sleep Company will carefully assess the described issue and the submitted proofs.
• Step 5: Based on the evaluation, we will provide a suitable solution to your issue.

Terms and Conditions

For all recliners from the Sleep Company, the following are the terms and conditions for the limited warranty policy

• The 3-year warranty is effective from the date of purchase and is valid for up to 3 years.
• Aspects that won’t affect the chair’s usability, like minor scratches and fabric tears, will not be covered by the warranty.
• The Sleep Company reserves the right to deny replacements and returns on a case-by-case basis.

• No Returns:

This product is not eligible for return.

• Within 10 Days:

Replacement allowed only in case of damage/defect.

• After 10 Days:

Replacement will be provided as per the warranty policy.
